Take a Big Bite!

Take a Big Bite!

Happy Friday, everyone! It's Cathy here sharing a card today using a new stamp set coming soon to the Gerda Steiner Designs shop. This one is called "Big Bite" and it's another fantastic ocean themed set!

I started by masking off an area at the bottom for the sand and inked the water using Distress inks in Tumbled Glass, Broken China and Peacock Feathers. I then inked the sand area with Antique Linen.

I used Copics (E31,E34,E50) to add some texture to the sand.

I colored all of the images with Copics and fussy cut them out. The seaweed stamp is from the Oh, Manatee stamp set, but all of the others are included in this new set.

There's so much to love about these stamps! Look at that adorable pufferfish?!

Hope you have a great crafty weekend and be on the lookout for this new set soon!

All the colors are so beautiful. I love the scene == the puffer looks like lunch!

This card is SO cute! I love the colors in it too, especially how you framed it.

For this card, I started out with a card panel and did some ink blending. I used a couple shades of green distress inks (Mowed Lawn and Peeled Paint)...
